QS C&A Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced QS C&A Engineer to join our team. As a QS C&A Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying and cost analysis related to construction and engineering projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting quantity surveys and cost analysis for construction projects
• Evaluating and analyzing project costs, budgets, and expenses
• Reviewing and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors
• Preparing reports and presenting findings to project stakeholders
• Monitoring project budgets and ensuring cost control measures are implemented
• Identifying areas for cost savings and proposing alternative solutions
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Providing support and guidance to junior members of the team
