QS Manager (EOI)

Job Description

JASARA is currently seeking expression of interest for the role of QS Manager (EOI). As a QS Manager (EOI), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Quantity Surveying (QS) activities within our projects. You will work closely with project teams to provide accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and ensure that all construction work is performed within project timelines and cost constraints. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in QS management and is familiar with local regulations and standards.

• Manage and oversee all QS activities for multiple projects
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Monitor project costs and perform regular analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Review and analyze contractor bids and proposals
• Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of projects
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on QS matters
• Prepare and present reports on project costs and progress
