Description

JASARA PMC is currently seeking expression of interest for the role of Technical Libraries Specialist - Document Management (EOI). As the Technical Libraries Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and organizing technical documentation and records for the project. You will work closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure the accurate and efficient management of technical information.

Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities of this position include and are not limited to:
Manage all operational data and project records in a secure environment. Manage requests from project teams requiring access to operational records. Provide project teams with resource records for design and construction projects. Liaise with the General Department of Business Excellence to ensure compliance with data conservation and protection policies and coordinate with the General Department of Information Technology on system requirements Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of technical information.. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in document management technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Science, or a related field. 10+ years of proven experience in technical document management or library management is highly desirable. Proficient in document control systems and software. Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to document management. Experience with engineering documentation is a plus.* Professional certifications in document management or library science are a plus.
