Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Overview: We seek dynamic and experienced Account Managers to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts across various sectors including banking, enterprise, public, and oil & gas. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
  • Develop and execute account plans, outlining strategies for growth and retention.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with sales and product teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve revenue targets by leveraging a deep understanding of cloud technologies, robotics, and data diffusion services.
  • Demonstrate experience in farming and hunting sales techniques, aiming for 90% quota attainment.

Solution Delivery:

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products or services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to align efforts and provide a seamless experience for clients.

Customer Advocacy and Support:

  • Proactively engage with clients, address their concerns, and provide personalized support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as an advocate for the client within the company, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities that may impact client accounts.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate familiarity with cloud technologies, managed services, and robotics, with a particular focus on Google Cloud solutions and data contextualization platforms like Cognite Data Fusion.
  • Understand and articulate the value of robotics integration for industrial automation and efficiency improvements.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services that meet client expectations.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the banking/enterprise/ Government, or oil & gas sectors.
  • Proven experience managing a $5M portfolio and growing client accounts, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Individual target contribution and experience with hardware networking, SAAS, and cloud technologies.

Skills:

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, deep understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Comfortable traveling within the kingdom and managing existing and new account onboarding.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in sales, account management, or industry-specific areas are a plus.
