Account Support Representative - Remote Work

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Account Support Representative to join our team at Advanced Petrochemical Company. This is a remote work position based in Jeddah, SA, with the opportunity for full-time employment.

As an Account Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients - Providing exceptional customer service and support - Handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with sales team to ensure client satisfaction - Monitoring account activity and identifying growth opportunities - Assisting with account maintenance and data entry - Generating reports and analyzing data to support business objectives - Participating in team meetings and training sessions - Adhering to company policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
