Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Account Support Specialist to join our team at Al Rajhi Holding Group. This is a full-time remote position based in Medina, SA, with a seniority level of Associate and a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Account Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to clients, managing accounts, resolving inquiries, and maintaining client relationships. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with account reconciliations. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent planning skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a similar role - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
