Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Account Support Specialist to join our team at Saudi Railways Organization. This is a remote work position based in Jeddah, SA, offering full-time employment at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts, including troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and resolving customer complaints - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development of account plans and strategies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
