We are seeking a skilled Accountant proficient in Tally ERP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, including invoicing, delivery note preparation, quotation preparation, follow-up on SOA reports, and finalizing accounts with profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
Prepare delivery notes for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation.
Assist in the preparation of quotations for clients, reflecting accurate pricing and terms.
Conduct follow-ups on outstanding accounts receivable, maintaining healthy client relationships.
Prepare SOA (Statement of Accounts) reports to track financial transactions and client balances.
Assist in finalizing accounts, including the preparation of profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant, with a strong understanding of Tally ERP software.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a focus on material trading industry norms.
Familiarity with Saudi Arabian accounting regulations and tax laws is a plus.
