Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Saud Consult is seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Assistant to join our team. This position will be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Update customer information in the database - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management - Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong negotiation and analysis skills - Driven and independent personality traits - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
