Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Panda Retail Company is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. This is a full-time remote position, ideal for individuals at the entry-level stage of their career with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and complaints - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide updates on their requests - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards

Requirements: - Driven and reliable individual who can work independently in a remote setting - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other call center technology - High school diploma or equivalent
