Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Saud Consult is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team on a remote basis in Mecca, SA. As a remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Provide support and assistance to customers with any technical issues they may encounter - Document all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system - Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and research skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
