Casing Equipment Specialist

Purpose: To provide technical support relating to the Operations and Technical responsibilities of Company's Downhole Products and Services.

Key Responsibilities: (Key Tasks)

• Have extensive working knowledge of downhole equipment operations and procedures in particular cementation products.
• Assist with the development and implementation of field policies, installation procedures, risk assessments and JSA's.
• Lead remedial actions relating to operational NCR's.
• Submit reports to the Technical Director as required.
• Coordinate with Engineering where required on product and material selection for non-standard customer inquiries.
• Have input to CAT (Corrective Action Teams) to implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide technical and applications support for RFQ's (Request for Quote) and Tender Invitations.
• Provide phone/e-mail customer support for equipment operating in the region relating to all technical requirements or concerns and update customer support logs as well as assign technical support requested between service engineers. 
• Ability to work unsupervised and exercise initiative to resolve potential problems.
• Identify/recommend changes to improve on-time delivery, productivity and reduce cost.
• Stay continuously in touch with various customers to ensure smooth operations for all company products.
• Assist Sales Managers and team in any technical clarifications, and attend sales meetings when as required.
• Attend monthly FPR and field service meetings as required/requested. 
• Required to be available on a call basis as needed.
