CEO Construction Support Services

Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic and leading company specializing in the construction industry in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.  We are seeking an experienced CEO to lead the services division, overseeing a wide range of support services crucial to the construction sector.

Job Context:  As the CEO of the services division, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of our services serving the construction sector. This role requires a strong focus on optimizing service delivery, expanding our offerings, and ensuring our continued growth and profitability.

Key Accountabilities 

• Develop and execute a strategic plan aligned with the company's mission, vision, and long-term goals, with a primary focus on enhancing services for the construction sector.
• Lead the organization in identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities within the construction industry. Diversify revenue streams and foster innovation in service offerings.
• Take ownership of the financial health of the services division by establishing and monitoring financial targets, budgets, and forecasts. Implement cost-effective measures and allocate resources efficiently.
• Oversee all aspects of the services division, ensuring service quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Streamline processes for maximum efficiency and expand our clientele and project portfolio.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to our services within the construction sector. Implement strategies to minimize delays, disputes, and cost overruns.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and industry standards. Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards in all service operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, with a focus on emerging technologies and sustainability. Drive innovation and environmentally-friendly practices in our services.  

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction , Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or a relevant degree is a plus
• A minimum of 20 years of cumulative experience,  with significant tenure as a CEO or in senior executive roles within the construction industry, particularly in areas related to construction support services .  
• Strong understanding of construction project management, including safety, quality, and scheduling.
• Experience in restructuring companies in a manner consistent with achieving the company’s future goals.
• A proper financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasting.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability practices.
