Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in a remote work setting. As an Entry Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat platforms. Your primary focus will be to assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat platforms in a timely manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions - Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions for improvements - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers - Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Creativity and strategic planning skills to offer innovative solutions to customer issues - Proficiency in using chat platforms and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - No prior experience required, training will be provided
