Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chat Support Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a remote work position with a full-time schedule at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or chat support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support platforms - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical support - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and customer privacy

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus
