Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company. This is a remote work position based in Medina, SA. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide solutions and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and technical issues. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. 6. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work remotely and maintain a productive workflow. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work.
