Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company in Medina, SA. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via chat - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Driven and hardworking individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong strategic planning and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems - Associate level seniority
