Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis with the flexibility of remote work. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional support to customers via chat, email, and other online platforms. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. 3. Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist in training and mentoring new support team members. 6. Monitor and analyze chat support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
