Job Description
• In charge of accounting functions of the company (AR, AP, GL)
• Review the monthly management accounts for reporting purposes
• Review preparation for the balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow
• Dealing with external auditors and tax advisors on statutory audit and tax issues
• Oversee monthly and year-end closes including reconciling accounts, reporting and generating closing entries and reports
• Monitor the inter-company reconciliations process
• Ensure sufficient finance to meet the company s business needs
• Review payment processing and fraud prevention functions.
• Monitor day-to-day management of the cash position of the company
• Review the preparation of reports/forecast of cash flow for operational and reporting use
• Manage bank relationships
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting.
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup
SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Skills
Experience in SAP Business One is a must
Arabic and English are required for this role
Education /
Certifications
CPA or CMA certification will be a must
Experience
Over 15-20 years of experience in accounting, with people management experience as an accounting manager or chief accountant
General
Candidate must be available in Saudi Arabia for the Interview; and
Must have Transferable Iqama
