Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a talented and motivated Client Relations Assistant to join our team. This position will be remote-based, allowing the successful candidate to work from their home office in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed according to specifications. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in the development of new client relationships through networking and outreach efforts. 6. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients and provide relevant information.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a remote environment. 6. Reliable internet connection and home office setup. 7. Adaptable personality with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
