Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Remote Work


Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company. This is a remote work position based in Mecca, SA, with opportunities for travel. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their satisfaction and address any issues - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities - Provide feedback to senior management on client needs and market trends


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or similar role - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently - Energetic and proactive approach to customer service - Ability to travel as needed - Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
