Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

The Client Relations Manager at Mobily will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. This position will be a remote work opportunity, based in Medina, SA, and will require the individual to work full-time at an Associate Level with at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client projects and initiatives - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client account status and performance - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients to drive revenue growth - Handle any client escalations or issues with poise and efficiency, seeking resolutions that are beneficial for both the client and the company - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve our processes and offerings

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations - Team player with a collaborative mindset - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
