Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team remotely in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the industry and develop their skills in client services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and communications - Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests and concerns - Maintain and update client information in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure all client needs are met - Assist with account management and client onboarding processes - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise - Provide support to the sales team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and confident personality traits - Ability to plan and analyze client needs effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluent in English and Arabic
