Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Support Associate for remote work in Medina, SA. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to efficiently assist clients with inquiries and issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and escalations in a timely manner - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancing the client experience - Continuously strive to meet and exceed client satisfaction goals - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and best practices

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Hardworking and energetic with a positive attitude - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Prior experience in a client support role preferred
