Job Description:
The National Industrialization Company is seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Create and maintain client support documentation and resources - Provide training and support to clients on the use of our products and services - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account status - Use data and metrics to track client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Emotional intelligence and strong negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
