Client Support Representative - Remote Work

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a motivated Client Support Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assisting clients with order placement, product information, and general inquiries - Resolving client issues and escalations in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Providing feedback to the team on ways to improve client satisfaction and processes - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client support role - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Strong project management skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High level of professionalism and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
