Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al Tazaj is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere in Medina, SA. We are looking for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries and concerns - Documenting all interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Requirements: - Reliable and confident individual who can work independently in a remote setting - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in Arabic and English
