Job Description:
United Electronics Company is seeking a dedicated and passionate Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a contact center environment.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat - Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and issues in a professional manner - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use company-provided equipment to access relevant systems and information - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Utilize strong people management skills to de-escalate difficult situations and maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using technology and online tools - A passion for providing exceptional customer service - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of customer interactions
