Job Description:
Saudi Post is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our remote team in Mecca, SA. As a leading postal and logistics provider in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a resourceful and motivated individual with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and delivery status. 3. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution. 4. Process customer orders, returns, and refunds according to company policies. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide solutions. 6. Maintain customer records and update information in the contact center CRM system. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. 8. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software. 7. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
