We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Cybersecurity Country Sales Manager to lead our clients’ sales efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). As the Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and building strong client relationships within the cybersecurity sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the cybersecurity sector across KSA.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospecting and engaging with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking opportunities, forecasting revenue, and ensuring timely follow-up to drive closure.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements and differentiate our offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions while maximizing profitability.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure the achievement of objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales as a Country Manager - KSA, with a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• mandatorily have experience in selling VAPT services, and VAPT tools like – Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, PCI, Threat Intel, Vulnerability Management etc. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic (as 1st language) and English, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate contracts.
• leadership and management abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and trends, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• experience in consultative solution selling, with the ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and close complex sales deals.
• interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
• and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering results and driving revenue growth.
• role will serve as the pioneering team member on the ground. Therefore, key expectations and a crucial aspect of the role entails actively pursuing new customers and partners.
• degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional certifications in cybersecurity or sales would be an advantage.
