Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

The Customer Care Associate at Kudu Company for Food and Catering will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, both over the phone and through online channels. This is a remote work position based in Medina, SA, and the successful candidate will be expected to work full-time at an Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

The ideal candidate for this position will be motivated and driven, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. They will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
