Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer care team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention and loyalty. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Lead and manage the customer care team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement training programs for the customer care team to improve customer service skills - Generate reports and present findings to senior management - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or customer care management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Passionate and motivated individual with a strong customer-centric focus - Innovative thinker with excellent presentation skills
