Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Officer to join our team at Jarir Marketing Company. This is a remote work position based in Medina, SA. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and other inquiries - Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies - Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and resolving any issues - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Care Officer or similar customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
