Customer Data Specialist

The Loan Product Analysts will evaluate loan agreements and payment plans and explain feasibility to the customers and loan officers before granting the loan . They also provide loan options and alternatives to the clients according to their needs and risk limitations.

Process daily loan payments, advances, extensions, renewals and booking new loans on the core system

Process loan participation payments and advances as part of the daily tasks

Process loan payoff requests- prepare letter, process payoff on the core system

Validation of loan document images on core system

File maintenance of loan accounts including maintenance of monthly Swap bills and all Swap records

Review assigned Reports and research any exceptions or discrepancies

Cross trained as back up for all loan servicing duties

Requirements

Grade: AM

Applicant should have experience in Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking.
