Job Description:
The Customer Service Associate - Remote Work at Saudi Telecom Company will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels. This role requires a dedicated and hardworking individual who is reliable and able to manage customer inquiries effectively. As part of the customer service team, the associate will need to demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and effectively manage customer relationships.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and billing inquiries. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams. 4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. 7. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Creativity in problem-solving and a focus on providing excellent customer service. 7. Previous experience in people management is a plus.
