Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at National Water Company. This is a full-time remote work position, based in Riyadh, SA, at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision - Resilient and adaptable to changing situations - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
