Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong project management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a customer-first mindset. 3. Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and concerns. 4. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management. 6. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products or services. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong project management and people management skills. 3. Adaptable to changing customer needs and business requirements. 4. Confident in communicating with customers over the phone and via email. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
