Job Description:
Saudi Binladin Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Jeddah, SA. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborating with other team members to address customer needs and improve overall service quality. 6. Conducting research to find solutions to customer problems and escalate issues as needed. 7. Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to customers. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. 9. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team. 10. Demonstrating resilience and reliability in handling challenging customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or customer service tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional qualifications are a plus. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. 7. Must be resilient and reliable in handling customer interactions. 8. Must possess strong research skills to find solutions to customer issues. 9.
