Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Success Manager to join our team at Saudi Airlines. This is a remote work position based in Mecca, SA, and is a full-time role with a mid-to-senior level of seniority. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to assess their experience and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and promote loyalty - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for enhancements - Provide training and support to customers on our products and services - Gather and communicate customer feedback to the appropriate departments to drive product development and improvement - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to track success and impact
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or events
