Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Saud Consult is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Provide top-notch customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. - Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Work closely with the team to escalate and prioritize high-priority support tickets. - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and retention. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. - Leadership abilities and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy.
