Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Saudi Airlines is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Support Associate to join our remote team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Uphold company policies and procedures in all customer interactions - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Planning and presentation skills - Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Confidence in dealing with challenging situations
