Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

As the Customer Support Manager at Panda Retail Company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support operations remotely. Your main goal will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by effectively managing a team of customer support representatives.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching as needed - Monitor team performance and ensure that service levels and KPIs are consistently met - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience managing a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and confident attitude - Strong negotiation and adaptability skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
