Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Zamil Industrial Investment Company. This is a remote position, based in Mecca, SA, and is a full-time role at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


As a Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:


- Managing a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitoring and analyzing customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience - Handling escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Developing and implementing customer support policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, to address customer needs and concerns - Conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals for the customer support team to drive continuous improvement - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to maintain a competitive edge


Requirements:


- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Confident and driven personality with a passion for customer service - Excellent time management and attention to detail skills - Experience with customer support software and CRM systems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
