As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Documenting customer interactions and feedback - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times

Requirements: - Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
