Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Our company, Hilton, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in Jeddah, SA. As a leading hospitality brand, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers, and we are looking for individuals who are driven to exceed expectations.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and able to think on your feet - Driven to achieve and exceed goals - Cooperation and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
