Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Delivery Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver newly purchased or leased vehicles to customers in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport vehicles to designated customer locations


• Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet company standards


• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process, including explaining vehicle features and answering any questions


• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed


• Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles as needed, such as fueling and checking fluid levels


• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery process


• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as traffic laws and regulations

Skills

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Prior experience in a delivery or customer service role preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively


• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and operation


• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as vehicle accessories or spare tires
