Job Description - Executive Secretary

Job Description

Schedule Management:

  • Maintaining the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.

Communication & Correspondence:

  • Composing and sending professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.

Travel Arrangements:

  • Booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for the executive.
  • Managing expense reports and ensuring travel policies are followed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Researching and compiling information for the executive.
  • Managing confidential information discreetly and professionally.
