Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

The Sales Team Our Sales team paves the way to Property Investment success, providing expert guidance, tailored solutions, and ongoing support every step of the way.
What you’ll do: - Deal Assessment: Conduct thorough and deep valuations of potential
real estate projects, assessing the viability and feasibility of each deal.
Ensure all assessments are in line with our strategic goals and market
trends. - Due Diligence: Lead the due diligence process, overseeing a team that
will investigate and validate all aspects of potential investments including
legal, financial, and operational factors. - Transaction Execution: Manage the end-to-end transaction process from
initial assessment to deal closure, ensuring all transactions are executed
efficiently and align with our business objectives. - Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and
refine our investment strategy based on market trends, investment
performance, and company goals. - Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with external partners,
stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process
and to foster strong working relationships.
What we're looking for: - Proven experience in real estate transactions, valuation, or investment
banking. - Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling and project
valuation. - Deep understanding of the real estate market, including trends, key
players, and regulatory environment. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a
high-performing team. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage
effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex information into
actionable strategies. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a
related field. - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, or
investment banking. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is essential
