Responsibilities
• Monitor cleaning operations, laundry service, and internal call center • Ensure rooms are prepared and inspected to standards and guests' needs • Check flower decorations and maintain standards in rooms and public areas • Maintain reception areas, including the hotel entrance • Maintain designated back-end service areas • Check cleaning regularly during night shifts • Ensure appropriate stock levels and approve purchase requisitions • Execute and record inventories of furnishings, uniforms, etc. • Monitor cost control and propose cost-saving programs • Supervise and control lost and found baggage • Ensure presence of important clients and inspect their rooms • Conduct periodic inspections with the Engineering Department • Review night audit reports on cleanliness • Provide assistance and monitor operational malfunction factors • Achieve performance goals and increase employee productivity • Ensure appropriate use of equipment and property management system • Implement and follow up on daily checklists • Prepare forecasts and statistics • Respect timelines and deadlines
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality • 5 to 10 years of experience in 5-star hotels and hotel apartments • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel • Activity and seriousness • Ability to work under pressure
