Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a confident and resilient Live Chat Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from anywhere in Mecca, SA. This is an associate-level position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support through live chat channels. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and follow up on more complex customer concerns. 4. Utilize innovative approaches to improve the live chat customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills in both written and verbal Arabic and English. 2. Proven experience in a customer service or live chat role. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools. 6. Confident and resilient attitude towards challenging situations. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
